Afrobeat Star, King Promise stole the spotlight at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), claiming the prestigious Artiste of the Year award.
The glitzy ceremony, held at the Accra International Conference Centre’s Grand Arena on Saturday, May 10, celebrated Ghana’s vibrant music scene with dazzling performances and tributes to industry legends.
King Promise triumphed over a strong lineup of contenders, including Stonebwoy, Black Sheriff, Kwaku Smoke, King Paluta, Joe Mettle, and Gospel group, Team Eternity, securing the night’s top honor.
Other notable winners included Beeztrom Kotm, who took home Best New Artiste of the Year, and Stonebwoy, who claimed Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year.
The event once again highlighted the diversity and talent within Ghana’s thriving music industry.
