COP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah has been reassigned to the Ministry of the Interior, where she will now serve as the Technical Advisor to the sector Minister.
The directive, issued by the President takes effect immediately.
This comes just hours after Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah was appointed Director-General of Research & Planning at the Ghana Police Service by Inspector General of Police, Christian Tetteh Yohuno.
President John Dramani Mahama in a statement signed and issued by Callistus Mahama, Secretary to the President on Wednesday March 19, commended COP Addo-Danquah for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and invaluable service to the nation.
He expressed confidence in her ability to excel in her new role and contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s progress.
The President also extended his best wishes as she begins this new phase of her career.
