The National Investigations Bureau (NIB) has released Gifty Oware-Mensah, the former Deputy Director of the National Service Authority (NSA).
Oware-Mensah was detained in connection with an alleged payroll fraud scandal at the NSA, which involved the creation of ‘ghost names’ to siphon funds.
She was released on Saturday March 8 following her arrest on Friday, March 7, 2025.
Channel One News‘ sources indicate that Oware-Mensah will be recalled for further interrogation.
