National Economic Dialogue Set for March 3-4

The government has scheduled March 3-4, 2025, to host the National Economic Dialogue at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC). The high-level forum aims to address the country’s pressing economic challenges and foster sustainable growth through collaboration and consensus-building among key stakeholders.

In a statement released by the Presidency Communications Office, the government reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive engagement and collaboration as part of its vision to build the “Ghana we want.”

The dialogue will bring together representatives from the private sector, academia, public policy institutions, and civil society organizations to discuss and develop actionable solutions for the nation’s economic recovery.

President Mahama will deliver a keynote address titled “Resetting Ghana: Building the Economy We Want Together,” emphasizing the importance of collective effort in shaping the country’s economic future.

The forum will feature thematic discussions on critical economic areas, including:

  • Achieving Sustainable Macroeconomic Stability
  • Promoting Economic Transformation
  • Advancing Infrastructure Development
  • Implementing Structural Reforms
  • Ensuring Private Sector-Led Growth
  • Restoring Good Governance and Combating Corruption.

 

The outcomes of the dialogue are expected to lay the foundation for economic revitalization, enhance business opportunities, and improve living conditions across the country.

The statement further urged stakeholders to actively participate in the dialogue.
