Appointments Committee to vet Ayine, Ato Forson, Jinapor January 13

The Appointments Committee of Parliament will hold public hearings on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 9:00 am, in Committee Rooms 1 and 2 of the Administration Block.

This follows the nomination of three ministers-designate by President John Mahama as detailed in a statement issued by the Committee on January 10, 2025.

The Committee will consider the nominations of the following Ministers of State:

• Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson – Minister-designate for the Ministry of Finance
• John Abdulai Jinapor – Minister-designate for the Ministry of Energy
• Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine – Minister-designate for the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General.
