Goodwill Message From The GaDangme Council For Peaceful Elections
———————–
As we approach the much-anticipated elections tomorrow, December 7, 2024, the GaDangme Council extends our heartfelt appeal to all our people and citizens to embrace peace, unity, and patriotism during this significant democratic process.

Elections are a vital pillar of democracy, offering us the opportunity to shape our collective future through the power of the ballot. Let us remember that while we may hold differing political views, we are united by a common goal: the progress and prosperity of our nation.

We urge all candidates, political parties, and their supporters to prioritize dialogue, tolerance, and respect for the rule of law. Let us reject violence, provocation, and any actions that undermine the integrity of this process. Peaceful elections pave the way for credible outcomes, stability, and national harmony.

To our security agencies and electoral officials, we commend your efforts thus far and encourage you to discharge your duties impartially and diligently. To the voters, we encourage you to turn out in large numbers, vote wisely, and let your voice be heard.

Together, we can demonstrate to the world the strength of our democracy and our unwavering commitment to peace.
May tomorrow’s elections be a celebration of our unity and shared purpose.

God bless our homeland, Ghana.
