The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fifi Fiavi Kwetey has urged the party to exhibit competence and accountability when voted into power.
Speaking at the NDC’s final rally on Thursday, December 5, Kwetey emphasised that the party’s attention should not only be on winning the December 7 general election but rather on resetting the country to facilitate development.
Kwetey urged the NDC to prioritise the well-being and welfare of Ghanaians.
“The reset of Ghana is not about the taking over from the NPP. It is the reset of NDC itself. NDC must understand that this is not business as usual. Ghana is not giving us an opportunity for us to come and do the nonsense that we have seen over the past 8 years.
“Charity must begin at home and NDC must be the first to set that example. John Mahama I am sure will lead that crusade. NDC, you must not disappoint Ghana. Ghana NDC is the hope for you, thank you,” he stated.
