The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has called on disgruntled New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters to set aside their grievances and rally behind the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the December 7 elections.
Speaking at the NPP’s final rally at the University of Ghana Sports Park on December 5, Agyapong urged frustrated members who may be considering abstaining from voting to reconsider and support the party’s agenda for national progress.
He touted Dr Bawumia as a leader capable of delivering transformative change and highlighted the NPP’s numerous social interventions as evidence of its commitment to improving the lives of Ghanaians. Agyapong encouraged voters to look beyond past issues and focus on the party’s vision for the future.
“Let us encourage one another to release our grievances. The NPP is the sole party that prioritises the challenges faced by the underprivileged, concentrating on social initiatives that serve the entire population. No other party can claim such a commitment.”
