The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Subin Constituency is confident that the people will vote for a change in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Justice Anamang, the party’s Secretary in the region, expressed a strong belief that Subin residents are ready to break from the status quo and embrace the NDC’s vision for development and progress.

Speaking on Community Forum on Channel One TV, Anamang criticised the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for taking the electorate in Subin for granted.

However, Anamang emphasised that the NDC was offering Subin residents a message of hope and real change.

He pointed to the achievements of former President John Mahama as a key part of their campaign.

To him, based on their interactions with the people and the ongoing campaign efforts, Subin voters are buying into the NDC’s message.

“Since they think that the people of Subin will always be for them, they don’t think about any development. All they know is that after four years, they will come to the people and tell them to vote for them and because NPP is their party, they should vote for them. Unfortunately, the people have been buying into it. So, we started giving them hope and then giving them a message.

“You see, these people are not helping you out. They are not giving you what you need, but John Mahama has done it before. So, they should just look at that and vote for him and our parliamentary candidate. Therefore, based on that interaction we have with them and the campaign that we have been doing, we see that the people are buying into that and definitely, they will vote for us,” he stated.
