Traders in Adum, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region, are in high spirits as President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo tours the market.
The tour is part of the activities marking the climax of President Akufo-Addo’s three-day visit to the Ashanti Region.
The traders greeted the president with visible excitement, showing their support and enthusiasm.
During the visit, President Akufo-Addo is also scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace.
He will engage with the Ashanti Regional House of Chiefs, religious leaders, founding members of his party, regional patrons, the council of elders, and regional and constituency executives.
