Patrick Awuah Jnr, the President and Founder of Ashesi University, has emphasised the significance of nurturing future leaders through his leadership.
He stated that the institution aims to enhance the potential of these individuals for superior performance.
Mr Awuah Jnr highlighted their commitment to developing leaders who will contribute meaningfully to the nation’s progress.
In an interview on Channel One TV’s The Point of View, Mr Awuah Jnr reaffirmed his dedication to fostering an environment conducive to impactful service that will shape the country’s future, while also striving to build a cohesive team aligned with their mission.
“We’re educating the future leaders of our country; it is a very serious mission. We’re not just teaching a course, or painting a building or fixing furniture, or organising events.
“We’re here to create an environment and provide a service that is quite literally going to affect the future of our country and if your team truly thinks like that, you see a very different level of engagement within the members of that team.”
