The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has assured the people of Kwabre East of targeted development initiatives if elected into office, as a recognition of their longstanding support for the party.
Kwabre East, known for delivering the highest vote margins for the NPP nationwide, contributed a winning margin of over 62,000 votes in the 2020 election.
Speaking to enthusiastic party supporters, Dr. Bawumia promised that key issues, particularly the poor road infrastructure in the area, would be prioritized to improve living standards and foster economic growth.
“You the people of Mamponteng and Kwabre East are the highest voters in the whole of Ghana. When I come into power, I will initiate development projects in this constituency.
“I will complete all unfinished astroturfs, markets and roads. I urge you all to vote for me. Give me the wheel”
He admonished the constituents to vote for the NPP parliamentary candidate for Kwabre East, Onyina-Acheampong Akwasi Gyamfi.
