An Urvan minibus was involved in an accident on the Accra-Tema motorway, veering off its lane and crashing into a pole before landing on its side.
The accident occurred between the Ashaiman overhead and the new interchange, in the direction of TT Brothers.
Eyewitnesses reported that several commuters stopped to assist in rescuing the passengers trapped inside the vehicle.
As of now, there are no reports of casualties, though emergency services have been notified, and investigations are expected to follow to determine the cause of the crash.
