“Because it is ‘This is Ghana  Exhibition and Ghana Pay Mobile Money is also made in Ghana, so what we are saying is that everyone who wants to come there should come on August 31 and September 1, must be able to pay through a made-in-Ghana Initiative. While you are promoting made-in-Ghana products, you are also paying through a made-in-Ghana initiative,” he stated.

Sadia Tetteh, Business Development Executive for Ghana Pay Mobile Money, further highlighted the platform’s benefits, emphasising its affordability and user-friendly nature.

“What we try to do as a business is to make sure that every Ghanian who wants access to financial services is able to afford them. So, on Ghana Pay, you are able to send mobile money to all mobile networks and it is for free.

“You are able to send money from your mobile money to any bank account for free. On Ghana pay, as well, again because of affordability, you want to make sure that whoever is using the platform has easy access to the statement of accounts, every other financial statement that they need and it’s all for free,” she stated.
