Actor Prince Osei has advised Ghanaians not to consider the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its leader John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming December polls.
According to him, voting for the NDC flagbearer would lead the country into an abyss. Speaking at the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) manifesto launch in Takoradi on Sunday, the renowned actor said, “The alternative is not the solution, the alternative will send us into an abyss of disaster. ”
“Vote for progress. Vote Bawumia, vote Matthew Opoku Prempeh,” he stated.
The Works and Housing Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah also called on Ghanaians to support NPP flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and his running mate, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO) in the upcoming elections.
He emphasised that their leadership would bring significant progress and development to the nation.
Speaking at the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) manifesto launch on Sunday, Oppong Nkrumah highlighted the achievements of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, noting their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of Ghanaians.
He urged voters to place their trust in Bawumia and NAPO, assuring them that their votes would lead to effective governance and continued growth.
“Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia have laid a firm foundation for digitisation and now Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh will build upon this digitisation foundation moving forward.
“Ghana’s economy requires the next level of formalisation and you can be sure that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh will take us there.”
“We require selfless leadership, bold solutions and innovative ideas for the future. Digitisation is just one of them and Dr Bawumia and Dr Prempeh will deliver when you give them your votes to move Ghana to the next level,” he stated.
