A woman believed to be in her 40s has tragically died after she was allegedly pushed out of a taxi by unknown individuals.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred late in the evening of Thursday, August 15, 2024, between Star Junction and Agric Junction in the Kwadaso municipality of the Ashanti region.
Witnesses reported seeing the woman being forcibly pushed out of the taxi, prompting alarm among nearby residents.
The perpetrators quickly fled the scene, driving off before anyone could intervene.
Despite the efforts of residents who rushed to help, the woman succumbed to her injuries a few minutes after they arrived.
The police were notified and have since transported the body to the morgue. The family of the deceased has been identified, and an investigation has been launched into the incident.
