Global Citizen, widely known in Accra, Ghana, for hosting one of the most amazing events in September 2022, where artists like Usher, SZA, Stormzy, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy headlined, is planning a comeback to Accra for a second edition.
Speaking with Abena Soreno, a representative from Guide Radio, who interviewed the team, it was revealed to the Blacvolta team that the firm is eyeing November 2024 for their return.
This year, Global Citizen is not only considering Accra but also Kigali in Rwanda, aiming to expand their impact and celebrate African festivals in multiple locations.
Although the confirmed dates for both cities have not been finalized, speculation suggests that November 2024 will be the month for these highly anticipated events.
The Global Citizen Festival is renowned for its dedication to promoting social causes and uniting people through music and activism.
